Given its low sugar content it is considered as a Brut and it is the first sparkling wine made from autochthonous Palomino Fino grapes grown in Andalusia.
This wine is traditionally paired with cheeses and fatty fish such as salmon, as the natural bubbles in this wine essentially “clean” the palate, making sure that it is ready for the next bite. This wine is often paired with sushi.
