Barbadillo Pedro Ximenez

This is an ultra-rich, velvety dessert sherry made from sun-dried Pedro Ximénez grapes, giving it an intensely sweet, treacly texture. Deep mahogany in colour, it offers luxurious flavours and aromas of prunes, plums, raisins and chocolate, finishing long and syrupy. Perfect with chocolate desserts, blue cheese, or drizzled over vanilla ice cream.
