Falerio Pecorino is the successful result of a land nurtured with respect. The Pecorino grape is picked by hand and collected in baskets, followed by soft pressing and thermo-conditioned fermentation.

A true partnership of over 330 small farmers, joined together to capture local tradition and sustainability in the hilltop town Ripatransone (their name translates literally as Winery of the Ripani Hills). As is tradition throughout the Marche, winery partners are dedicated to keeping the lands they work healthy and ready for future generations. Eco-friendly farming practices are employed to ensure not only a clean earth but a clean wine.
