El Grifo Ancestral Method (Pét-Nat)

Slightly cloudy, straw yellow, with slight golden hues. Very fine and well integrated bubbles. On the nose medium-high intensity, with hints of stone fruit, orange peel, grapefruit. A delicate texture; creamy in the mouth, with a light, fruity mid-palate and good final acidity that makes it refreshing, with a saline hint.
