This dry, fresh fruity number hailing from the Loire valley is a perfect accompaniment the white meats and light seafood or salads. It is a blend of Chardonnay and Chenin sourced from organically farmed vine that are up to 20 years old. The wine was fermented in stainless steel with the use of cold settling for filtration. This is a wine of great persistence and elegance, It has a subtle pear, eau-de-vie nose and a citrus palate, leading to a pithy grapefruit finish.
