Perfect for a wide variety of occasions, this Brut reserve is made from Chenin Blanc (67%), Chardonnay (23%) and Cabernet Franc (10%), so a very unique blend in the world of sparkling wine.
The nose is characterised by intense flavours of white fruit, such as pear and green apple, with a floral backbone. On the palate it is fresh, fruity and mineral.
Served best as an aperitif, with cured meats and fresh cheeses, it also accompanies dishes such as creamy chicken risotto and seafood linguine.
