Lustau Los Arcos 75cl

Light amber. A classic Amontillado, full bodied and dry, with soft nutty flavours. A hint of wood and raisins. Very attractive fresh fruit and some clean acidity on the palate. Michael Broadbent’s comments in Decanter, on combining wine with oriental cuisine: “No doubt about it, wine number one, Emilio Lustau’s Los Arcos Dry Amontillado, an amber coloured, rich, tangy, bone dry but assertive wine, would stand up to any oriental dish, no matter how exotic”.
