Pietradolce Etna Rosso 2023

Pietradolce is all about the terroir. Their northern facing single vineyard at, almost 2000 feet above sea level, has rich volcanic soils and an intense day/night temperature swing which helps to provide their wines with extraordinary richness, texture, aroma and depth. Made with 100% Nerello Mascalese grapes which are hand-harvested and with skin contact of 18 days before ageing for three months in French oak barrels. This wine presents a bouquet of berry fruits and a subtle woodiness leading to a long and spiced finish. A perfect introduction to the beautiful wines of Sicily.
