Delivery Terms

The wines are delivered to the address which you specified on the purchase order and only to geographic areas that we service within the UK.

Delivery takes place when the products are left at your delivery address or with someone else in accordance with your instructions.

If your order is damaged or goes missing between dispatch and delivery you must notify us as soon as possible and no later than within 3 days of delivery either in writing or by e-mail and we will send out a replacement order. Should we not be able to send a replacement within 7 days we will give you a full refund. Claims made outside the three day period will not be entertained.

In the event of damaged goods please provide photos.

We shall not be held responsible for any delay in the delivery of your order due to the carrier including the loss of the goods, bad weather or strikes.

If for some reason an incorrect wine is dispatched please advise so that we can arrange its collection and the delivery of the correct wine.

Please be aware that if you are not able to receive your delivery you will be charged for a re-delivery. To avoid this please leave clear instructions on where to leave your item(s) if you are not home.
Orders cancelled after a failed delivery attempt can be refunded on request minus the delivery.

Timing of shipment delivery

We aim to deliver all orders placed online within the UK in 2-3 working days. Due to the large quantity of wine and vintages constantly changing on the website, there will be the odd occasion that a wine or wines will take between 3-7 days. If an order is placed on a saturday, we will not deliver until Tuesday.

Delivery Charges

Cases are charged at £10 and will be dispatched by APC or Parcelforce . The exception of the Isle of Wight and Ireland the price will need to be quoted.


The delivery address sent via our website rather than the paypal account is the address the parcel will be sent to.

Orders to the following postcodes take longer to arrive and will incur a surcharge, we will contact you with delivery costs.

* Orders to the following postcodes take 4 days to arrive:HS1 to HS9, IV41 to IV49, IV51, IV55, ZE1, ZE2, ZE3.

We are unable to accept orders to either JE or GY postcodes
