Chateau Bel-Air offers deep dark plum, blackberry and blueberry fruit. The mid palate is soft and delicate with smooth tannins and a velvety chocolate aftertaste.

Vinification
Vat types: 50% stainless steel – 50% cement (automatic temperature control)
Maturing: 18 months, with 50% in vats, 30% in new barrels and 20% in one-wine or older barrels.
100% bottled at the Château the following April, in a single homogenous batch.
