A blend of 35% Cinsault and 65% Grenache this stunning Provence rose is a must for summer drinking. A Very pale rosé with rose hints and a nice bouquet of raspberries and citrus fruits. A very fresh, delicate, bone dry rose with fresh acidity. Serve chilled as an aperitif or with light summer dishes such as grilled fish and salad.
