Clos Pons ‘811’ 2011

Organic Gran Reserve red wine made with Marselán grapes on a small terrace of less than 1 hectare oriented to the direct sun rays of the south on our Estate of L’Albagés. It is an elegant wine is born from this tiny grape which is a powerful cross between Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache. Ripe black fruit and firm, ripe tannins are the dominant notes in a wine with extraordinary aging capacity. Its fleshiness, kindness and concentration make it a very special choice to liven up game birds, red meats, duck dishes and Iberian charcuterie.
