After 5 to 8 years of aging, the golden color shines, its beautiful effervescence of fine bubbles creates a creamy and persistent cord. An open and fragranced nose revealing aromas of yellow fruits (peach, apricot), then dry fruits (fig, almond and candied fruits).
The palate is powerful, fruity and structured, the final is long and velvety.
This champagne is 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir.
