Kaiken Ultra Chardonnay 2019

The summer was mostly warm, though punctuated with some very cold days, which allowed for a slower, more gradual maturation of the grapes. Yields were relatively normal. The dry harvest season produced grapes in perfect health.

This wine is gold in colour with youthful hues. On the nose, aromas of pineapple, white peach and citrus intertwine with vanilla and a touch of smoke from the oak ageing. The palate is rich and complex with good acidity and a long, lingering finish.
