This really is a very good Pinot. From limestone soils that give the wine character and up to 12 months aged in oak barrels, there are hints of plum jam on the nose and palate along with lovely sublte and soft tannins. There are mineral notes on the palate too and some sweet spice. Very mediterranean in style, silky with a complex finish. Very good now and will age well over the next 3-4 years in the bottle.
