Straw yellow in color, on the nose it is intense with hints of jasmine and lavender as well as green apple and citron. on the palate it is dry and fresh with a long aromatic persistence of citrus fruits, yellow peach and green apple.
Harvest takes place in the first ten days of September; partial maceration, soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature. Aging in the cellar for 4 months, completed in the bottle.
