La Bodega de Pinoso, Vergel Blanco

The French winemaker Jean Natolí and his team have been the stalwart guides of this new organic white. Vergel Blanco is the result of a blend of old Airén vines, a Spanish indigenous grape variety cultivated in the traditional way on their best non-irrigated vineyards. These are Sauvignon Blanc based of which yields were controlled to obtain maximum concentration and aromatic complexity.
