Old golden with topaz tones. Intense aroma, penetrating; gathered together in the most classic methode in these meridional regions. Aroma with touches of almond and nougat, caramelized and toffee.

Smooth in mouth, no sour taste, full, consistent and ample. Wallnut and almond character, long and penetrating after-taste.

Bac de les ginesteres corresponds to the popular saying of a spot near the vineyards of “Can Batlle”, on the north face of the mountain and crowded with brooms. it was this very place where the music master Eduard Tolda got inspiration to compose a sardana named “El Bac de les Ginesteres” back  in 1924, during one of his periods in Cantallops.
