This Reserve Pinot Noir comes from Phil and Chris Rose beautiful vineyards in Rapaura, Marlborough. Their Reserve wines are made from small, interesting parcels of grapes on the Estate that have stood our during the season. They are hand-harvested in the cool of the early morning, fermented in 4000 litre open French oak cuvees, with delicate hand plunging to extract colour and gentle tannins. The skins are then gently pressed off and the wine is aged in French oak barriques for a minimum of 12 months.
