Grüner Veltliner, Riede Stein – WEINSCHLÔSSL STEINSCHADEN

This wine has aromas of ripe yellow apples as well as a bouquet of flowers, some yeasty element in a younger state of ripeness, then minerals and typical peppery spice; dry and full bodied – ripe fruit quite powerful and rich in extract with a well-balanced acidity and fruit sugar, dense in structure, a very long and mineral finish. Harvested at there Riede Stein vineyard from primary rock and loess.
