Colour: Transparent and clean with pale yellow tones and greenish reflections.
Nose: Floral tones with hints of aromas of green, white and citrus fruits.

Wine made from the best golden white grapes under the Alicante sun and from organic farming: an ideal coupage of the Airén and Macabeo varieties. After a gentle crushing, skin maceration is carried out at low temperature to bring out the varietal aromas. The bleeding of the flower must is produced by extraction by gravity and its subsequent fermentation lasts for 30 days at a very low temperature.
